I've been ensured through Auto & General for many years and have never been disappointed. My calls are responded to timeously and the staff is always friendly. If I have to wait, they call to ensure that I'm safe. I just added another vehicle to my policy now and the process was seamless. Sizwe Nxumalo's service was exceptional. He answered all my questions and did not leave me wondering.
