It took 4 months for my car to be fixed, communication was lacking, nobody updated me unless I called for updates, I had to pay the 1st diagnosis fee at Ford myself then Auto and general decided to take the car to a panel Beater and back to Ford again where I had initially took it a few weeks later. That's when I refused to pay another diagnosis fee. It was the most frustrating 4 months of my life carless
