It has not been necessary for me to make a claim in many years and, being a senior citizen, I was nervous about the process. However, I was assisted by Bulelwa and she was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, to such an extent that my claim was finalised within a matter of minutes. What a pleasant experience!
