Insurance company kept their word..claim finalized

I am happy about the service I got from Auto and Gen. I thought my claim will give me hassles ..I heard bad stories about insurance companies looking for loopholes not to pay claims, but with Auto and General..I got a shock of my life..no hassles..claim is finalized.
