Insurance companies, exploiting people

Hi all I have been a client with Auto and General for almost more than 20 years and have 3 vehicles insured by them, but I have totally been dissatisfied and in so many words *****ed by this company. I have recently been a victim of motor vehicle theft and hijacking, my car was found and impounded, I arranged for my insurance too collect the car, after days of waiting almost weeks, they have now told me that they have written the car off, and want too give me R30 000 for it and if I want my car car back they going too give me R3000, they not even want too repair my car and my battery was ******, I'm a pensioner and they want too sell my car, after being a victim of crime I am now a victim of theft by my insurance company which I entrusted for years , This is not good service!!!,,, what have I been paying for, all the years of paying and the fact that they decide too write my car off so my car can't even be insured anymore if I take it back.
