Insurance claim with Auto and General

I am one of those clients who lodged claim with auto and general. I reported my accident in December 31,2019 . As much as i am also frustrated all i can say is that so far i am pleased with the service and progress so far. I just want to say to the following Auto and General staff members, Please keep up the good work. Those members are Ma****a Mangena, Alto and most importantly Reene Mdlangathi who always kept me updated on the progress to my claim. I was told that i will be given feedback on the 20th January as there is huge backlog of the claimes received in December but to my surprise on Saturday 18th Reene called to give me the good news. " YOur claim has been Settled Sir" even thought the repair still need to be done i am happy so far. Renee..Thank you so much.... And to Sumit Auto body Louistritchard i know you are going to do good work also as the CEO has been in contact with me via whatsup..Thanks Guys
