Insurance claim rejection

I was involved in a car accident on the 27 September 2019 at 12h00 during the day. I was driving attending a work related meeting of the department of health. I recieved a call today my insurance Auto and General is rejecting my claim because according to them I was not driving to work but this was a business related trip. I do not have any business I took the cover for work and personal use.

Please help me.
