insurance claim

I dealt with Sam Seetaram and this being my first insurance claim for *******, I expected the worst. So much so, that I even considered not lodging the claim. Sam was excellent. She explained everything and was extremely patient with me. I sent the required documents and my claim was authorised not even one week later. Any further delay would have been as a result of me not submitting information as requested. Thank you Sam.
