insurance claim
Well I took my BMW 2014 model with 91 000km in for repairs, to a panel beater provided by Auto & General assessor. I waited for a week phone the repairer to follow up, only to be told that they are not BMW approved and can't repair my car, as my car is still under BMW warrantee. Surely the assessor must have known this, and arranged for a BMW approved panel beater, the car is less than 5years old and has less than 100 000km, obviously it will still be under factory warrantee. Poor service from them. Now I must wait on them to contact me and my car is still at the panel beater not approved by BMW.
