I had an accident with my car an lodged a claim with auto and general where upon they contacted me and requested that I take pics of the damages of the car and email the pics to them. Days later I received a call an email stating that auto and general evaluated the pictures and that the claim will not be paid due the cost damages being less than the excess cost....1st of all I want to know for what am I paying insurance for.....when a claim for damages to a car can be evaluated from only a picture .... afwas the quote done wising the original car parts as generic parts is a no go....why are you not offering to pay out the difference between the access and the cost?.....I have no alternative to start looking for a different insurance company that’s will be able to assist .....with a 1st claim
