On 31 May 2015, my car experienced a mechanical problem . I then called Towing services side (***) of Auto & General who then organised a Truck to tow my car home. I was told by Thembeka that for the next day , this would not be done for free. My gripe is I was not advised where else safe my car could be kept for the night . I was desperate. the next day (Monday)I called and I was told to pay R855. My problem is that no one gave me any towing rules and benefits that my policy entails. I even asked them to email me these guidelines and even to this day , no one has sent me the documents. I am very disgusted and disappointed to say the least with the ********* conduct that this organisation has portrayed.
