Increase premiums without a call exhaling these increases

When I started with this insurance the premiums was quite affordable iv been with them since 2022 that's means it's been 2 years and already ym.premuims has gone up 3 times.. this time it went up and I haven't even received a call to explain the reason for this increase .. I am 100% not happy with this service... I had to open a email now that states my premium however nobody called to explain this to me. I am driving a poll not a BMW guys..common .. this is ridiculous.. previously I was informs about my increase and now these increases are just outrageous and unacceptable..seems I need to find another insurance company ..
