incorrect values and unwilling to change

how can the market value of a vehicle be the same a year later?? surely this should decrease and allow policy holders to decide on the value of what they would like to insure their vehicles? if i bought a car of R50k and would like to insure it for that amount, why cant i? and if your market value says its R100k, and you would like to change it in order to atleast settle your settlement amount, it should be allowed?

ur market and retail values are not a true indication of what it actually should be! its to high, and at the end the client suffers with high premiums!
