Impressed

Insurance is something that we pay for for unforeseen risks that we might occur We pay a premium to a company to cover that risk.

Today My family and I logged a claim with auto and general our geyser stopped working. Within an hour there was a plumber outside my gate, he assessed the broken geyser and said it needed to be replaced.

3 hours later we have hot water running in our home.

Ive had different insurances for years, this is the first time that I am impressed.
