I'm awed by the magnificent service I have received from auto and general

I would like to commend you for your excellent service that you have offered me amidst my ordeal..I recently bought a Mercedes Benz A 200 brand new 2018 model..On the day of delivery I fetched it from the garage and drove off from Durban to Port Shepstone..Just before Portshepstone I got into an accident and my car was a write off.... That was the most traumatic experience for me,you can imagine it was my first car purchase and I just gotten the car and in two hours from fetching it from the dealer it was gone... Ohh but your service was so comforting.From the consultants to my claim handler you guys were so comforting and easy to deal with..My claim was one of the biggest claims you have heard but still you made the claiming process somewhat bearable and less frustrating..My accident happened on the 6th of Jan and I reported it to you by the 8th of Jan....By Feb 10 my claim was finalized and approved,and right now you have settled my claim..I'm in a process of acquiring a new vehicle now....
