Mr. Tshabalala was extremely attentive to what I was saying. He listened to my request that I as a pensioner cannot afford to pay the increases because I do not earn any more money. He was quick and efficient in assisting me. He was kind to me as a pensioner of 91 years old. He even made my payment less from next month. He was the first person to recognize that I am a pensioner and that the company must look after its customers. He was so very customer friendly. I really truly appreciated it, because as a pensioner, I do not have many people who understand and assisting pensioners. We have to constantly struggle to get assistance, especially financially.
