Ignorance
I am super disappointed with this insurance. They do not forget to deduct money on payday for the policy but when you are in need of their service they are silent as if they do not exist. I am highly seeking for their help but they are ignoring. I have written to their complaints department as well but no response. They are adding more frustration to what is frustrating me.
