If I want insurance I must have a tracker!

I purchased a new vehicle a few years back and went with Auto and General for the insurance. On quoting, they informed me that I had to have a tracker fitted to the car and if I didn't they wouldn't insure. They also told me not to worry as they would pay for the fitment and the monthly fees. After two years, I found I was paying much too much with them and moved to Discovery. <br> I was then told that I would have to continue to pay Tracker for the remainder of a 3 year contract I didn't ask for.<br> I called and told them it is their contract and they must pay it. They then started with all the \review your original policy document"nonsense. <br> My view is is was a compulsory requirement to getting insurance and as much as I'm not tied into them"
