I'd like to write a review about auto and general insurance

I'd like to write a review about auto and general insurance. My car suffered storm claim in Nov. At that point my claim was handled well. Subsequently since the car still requires further work due to the same fault I haven't received the same level of service. I don't have any updates, I do not know what the issue is. How far the process is with fixing my car. A massive inconvenience. Worst of all, even though I have a courtesy car option, I was told I wouldn't be given a courtesy car because the issue relates to a previous claim. Mind you the issue relates to services provided by their selected service provider. The manner in which this is being handled is extremely distasteful
