I'd like to commend Vino for her outstanding service this morning. I called to log a claim for a water leak at my property. Not only did she assist me with logging the claim, but she also took the initiative to review my profile and ensure that I added household contents cover at a lower premium.

I felt genuinely understood and treated with compassion, especially given the unfortunate circumstances I am dealing with. Vino is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and professional. I honestly received remarkable customer service, and I applaud her and the organisation for this exceptional level of service. She is truly a credit to the team!
