I would like to write a review about Auto & General I would like to praise the efforts of Zolisa at A&G in getting my claims sorted out. I was initially irritated about the fact that a claim that was logged on 8 January only got registered on 12 January. And by 13 January still no one contacted me. I decided to give A&G a call myself and got put through to Zolisa. What a ray of light she has been. She appointed the assessor and managed to register an additional claim I logged that morning. She sorted out all the administrative matters and all I have to do now is wait for the call of the assessor. Thanks Zolisa. You are a star. She made an overall bad customer experience so much better.
