I would like to write a review about Auto & General I am not happy with the way they do business these days

I would like to write a review about Auto & General I am not happy with the way they do business these days. I am insured with them for 40 years. They increase my premiums by 25% every year. I got to call them and beg for them to reduce it which they usually do by a little bit. I then got to request to speak to a manager and he reduces it a bit more. It’s like a game that they play every year. They should just offer the best quote that they can and not waste customers time. It is also a business strategy to fleece money from customers because not everyone will pick up the 25% increase and query it.
