I would like to write a review about Auto & General

I would like to write a review about Auto & General. I phoned them regards my policy increase. Their AI voice was absolutely terrible and I was already upset by my increase and the horrible AI, when a Priscilla answered my call. She was brilliant. She spoke clearly, calmly and wanted to help. She did, abd I was left happy. Thanks to her, I'm staying with A&G.
