I would like to write a review about Auto and General: The negative is that their annual premium increase method seems flawed as two years running now mine has my premium escalated by 25percentplus. The positive is that their call centre help is very efficient and staff are patient, and they have sound knowledge of the AandG policies/processes. As such with a single call (last year now this year) I was able obtain a revised annual renewal more in line with CPI or below. Lorinda in today's call was very helpful and efficient.
