I would like to write a review about Auto and General: Millicent's service was good, she is patient and explains the claims process thoroughly. Happy with her service. The service received for tow truck, was poor. I waited over an hour just for someone to confirm who is the authorised person to tow my car. This is bad as there were a lot of tow trucks waiting to tow my car, I believe many were not authorized to do so. This service needs to be more efficient.
