I would like to write a review about Auto and General I submitted a claim early this month. The consultant was very helpful guiding me through the process as it was my first rodeo. Fahiem Kleinsmith patiently explained what the protocols is and tended to my claim with detail. I received my settlement papers and found some discrepancies. I called again to have it rectified. The contractor overlooked some details which Fahiem was not aware of. After I pointed out what my concerns were, he quickly, rectified it so that I could receive the correct payment due to me. Fahiem was very professional in his interaction with me and he apologized profusely for the inconvenience. I am glad that as an employee he values his customers and does his best to ensure a positive experience. Please be assured that he is an asset to your team and company.
