I would like to write a review about Auto and General, Elizma Heydenrych (CLaims Consultant) in particular. My claim was handled with the utmost professionalism and effectiveness. I submitted the claim for my prescription spectacles on 11 May and I woke up 19 May and the money was already deposited in my account. All this given that it took me 4 days to see the optometrist and send them a quotation. I am extremely satisfied with how quick and hassle free my claim was processed and the consultant communicating with me at every turn really put my mind at ease.
