I would like to write a review about Auto and General

I would like to write a review about Auto and General. I was in an accident on the 06/12/23. It was a front smash so my car went in for repairs. I rear ended another vehicle. It took 30 days to get to the workshop in East London from Mthatha. In that time my rental which AandG organized expired. I asked for an extension due to the above mentions logistical issue. I got another 20 days. It took 3 months to fix my car and a further R25,000 in car rental expenses which I had to bare. I asked for the AandG preferential rates at the car rental agency, but it was refused. To top it all off, they increased my premiums from R2200 to R2600 due to me being a high risk. Oh and I also had to pay my increased monthly premiums while my car was in repairs for 3 months…. Go figure that service.
