I would like to write a review about Auto and General and Dikeledi Mphogo, who assisted greatly with reducing my insurance premium, listening to what I had to say in my points, and reacting in a positive manner, with backing from her manager, which has eased my issues and feel more fair from both sides. Never had an issue, other than a premium and excess amount, it was great to feel treated in a manner that you don't feel negative towards to. Thank you Dikeledi Mphogo and Auto and General Insurance.
