I would like to write a review about Auto and General

I would like to write a review about Auto and General. This morning my debit order was reversed from my bank account because I had insufficient funds. I immediately transferred money into my bank account and foned Auto and General to debit my bank account. The lady who assisted me was very helpful efficient and kept me updated about what she was doing. She reinstated my debit order to go off again today and then transferred me to another department to have my insurance policy reviewed. After chatting to another efficient and helpful lady I was able to save over R200 a month on our car insurance policy. When I finished the call I received a sms from my bank informing me that my debit order for my car insurance was deducted from my bank account. Now that's what I call efficient prompt and amazing service. Thank you Auto and General. You guys rock.
