I would like to write a review about Auto and General. I Called with a query regarding insurance on a new vehicle and I was assisted by Bryson Klein. He called me at 9am on the 18/05/2022. At the time of his quote, I was happy with what I was hearing but I needed time to think it through. Bryson did not push me to make a sale or to take the policy from him. He was respectful and polite and I advised for him to please call me back at 2pm that afternoon, which he did, promptly. I was extremely happy with his service being a first time client, he walked me through the policy and all the important information. I asked the same questions repeatedly but he remained calm and polite. EXTREMELY happy with this service. Thank you very much, Bryson. Keep up the excellent work 👏... Regards, Allison Moodley
