I would like to write a review about Auto and General. I'm Derick Williams, a pensioner, whose car is insured with Auto and General. I received the letter indicating my new premium for 2024. The new premium was financially tight for me, so I phoned Auto and General and spoke to DIKELEDE MPHOGO. What a pleasant person! She guided me through the process and we could settle on a new premium of only R5.00 increase on 2023. She thanked me for being such a loyal customer(since 1981) and I, being extremely happy that somethings can be affordable to us pensioners, thanked her for her pleasant assistance and wishing her a happy holiday period. Thank you Dikeledi, thank you Auto and General. 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10, which ever counts the most.
