I would like to write a review about Auto and General. I dealt with Lesego at AandG. I asked her to call my Mom to register a claim. She asked if she could call my Mom immediately to assist, to which I said she could. Within 10 minutes, Lesego, called me back to say that she called my Mom and registered the claim. The claim has been pre-approved, based on the assessment, to which my Mom will receive a link to load the photographs. I am so impressed! She kept her promise and she kept me informed. Now that is service.
