I would like to write a review about Auto and General I just spoke to an agent Lorinda was very helpful and polite with good communication skills , Unfortunately this does not apply to all their consultants as some staff don't return yr calls or even communicate by email when requested Lorinda really takes the time yo listen to the client and help yo the best to satisfy the client.
