I would like to thank auto and general for attending my claim on time,communication was excellent. The only thing that I'm not happy about is that they said what I was claiming is not covered so they gonna give me something like incentive but when it comes to the access they deducted the whole amount. I'm not happy at all, i would like to have clarity on that.
