I would give the consultant 5 stars for her friendly service, but Auto and General system in general is not fair that premiums keep going up annually even without a claim

I would give the consultant 5 stars for her friendly service, but Auto and General system in general is not fair that premiums keep going up annually even without a claim. I love Auto and General but i am forced to look around and asses offers from other insureres.
