I was thinking of canceling my insurance and one of the retention specialist named Nicholas Mothapo advice me not too.As I had a claim and as I could only afford what my access fee is..and Nicholas Solutions me with a good advice and he definitely made me happy and grateful for his help as he went a extra mile to keep the client happy.and gave me a peace of mind and I'm now at easy.Such people are needed in this work environment..As they are few people who could have done what Nicholas did for me,I hope he will also assist others clients as he did with me. ❤️🤗
