I was assisted by Jaden Pillay for cancellation of my insurance and she was able to help me and further went on to explain why I shouldn’t cancel and rather take up a home insurance which was a valid point but unfortunately I had to cancel and not be able to take up any extra products I enjoyed her service she was friendly and professional at the same time
