I was assisted by a gentleman called Joel. He was so good and attentive when one is talking. I wasn't happy with an email i got from auto and general about my car tracking company am using. He assisted me well and said he will give me feedback. Well done Joel, excellent service, keep it up, you made me to want to stay at auto and general because before that i was ****ed off
