I wanted to tell them that i will never forget them and i will never stop telling people about the service they gave me.

Hi everyone. I used to come here complaining about what Auto and General did to me and my car. I took the matter to Ombudsmans of which even to them i didn't receive any help because i took my car to a cheapest mechanic who fixed my car because i was not affording to pay an expensive dealer while paying Auto and general premium. The mechanic fixed exactly what is covered and the car is fixed. Ombudsman was a middleman between me and them because they were asking for a report of which i don't have. They ended up asking the slips of which i did send to them but Auto and general rejected it. A dealership that they took my car to, damaged the drivers door while they were trying to open because they locked a key inside and they damaged a front grill. I even fixed that by myself and i don't have a report for that. I sent a car to a panel Beater to fix the door and that window rubber that they damaged trying to open and i bought a second hand grill. I canceled the policy with them. Now i don't care about the money they were taking but i wanted to inform you that the parts that the mechanic fixed, is the parts that are covered.

I ended up fetching my car to a dealer because a dealer was phoning me, telling me that now they will charge me for a storage because it has been with them for 5 months. All that period Auto and general was ducking and diving,saying 1. Damaged parts are not covered. When they proved that, they said, 2. I am using my car for business. When i prove them wrong, they said, 3. They wanted a service book. I proved that again on their call recording telling their sales person that i don't have a service book and a car is second hand and still new to me.

after that, dealership emailed me talking about charging me for storage. I said to myself, let me go fetch my car before i lose it. I canceled their policy I don't care about what they took and i will heal. But i will never forget them.
