I WANT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER
Your staff are absolutely terrible . spoke to a Peter Naude refused to let me speak to a manager . I want to speak to a manager . yourll have referred me to Durban central Panel beaters who is even more bad . they are playing games with me and giving me the run around

08 Apr 2022, 17:30Auto and general team you'll have referred me to the worst panel shop I've ever had to deal with. I am not getting any clear communication nor and satisfaction with that team . I need you guys to place this issue as a high priority and get my car sorted or moved to a more professional panel shop. I have paid my access of 7300 in advance and now that they have their money they taking forever to get a simple job done . If it was another panel shop it would have been done . Durban central keeps rubbing my paint down and respraying . I went 3 times now to then and got nothing but disappointment. Now I would like yourll as my insurance company to get my access paid back to me

13 Apr 2022, 16:30Hi , I would like to update this complaint . I was called today to state that my car is still not ready . I can not understand why yourll give business to Durban Central when they provide such poor services . the amount of time they had to rub and respray my car is sad . I can not believe that i am getting this services from my insurance company . now they have to rub the fenders down again and replace the complete bumper which i asked for in the start which was not done. it is over a month now for a simple job to be completed . Auto and General this is a fault of your business as you have referred me to this poor workshop . I want my access back this is not on
