I want my refund back

They Debit money before the actual date that you agreed on, and when you cancel they keep on telling you to wait 7-10 days even when you call seven days later they tell you the same story. It`s like a reset every time you call, still being told to wait another ten days for a refund I asked more than 10 days ago.
