I took insurance with Auto and General however,I was never advised of the additional access within 6 after inception date and the additional access payable, no transparency at all

I took insurance with Auto and General however,I was never advised of the additional access within 6 after inception date and the additional access payable, no transparency at all. I almost canceled my current insurance because I thought I'm getting value for money.
