I thought there was a **** running using the name Auto and General. I decided to hang up, googled the contact number for Auto and general, phoned that number and got transferred to a lady by the name of Malisha Hardwarpersad. I explained my worries to her. She kept quiet, listened me out and then started to assist in a way that made me to feel comfortable because I understood what she explained. This could have been prevented if the person that originally called me had been abled to explain it to me the way Malisha did. She is very calm, a very good listener and very capable to explain in such a way that it makes sense. This is a KEEPER and I hope she gets recognised for her good work. Im truly impressed by her. Well done to Auto and General to have her as an employee. Look after her.
