I submitted a claim ...
I submitted a claim on the 24 of October my house contents which was damaged by power surge they were playing hide and seek until now they did not want to pay but every month the debit went off from my bank account I also did write complaint to the senior manager of Auto and general and did not get any feedback for my complaint
