I spoke to the consultant by the name Emanuel, I was very depressed at the beginning of the call as this was the first claim I have ever had in my life. He was very kind he offered counsellings session on me as well😊. He's very good at his job, his knowledge is excellent, he explained everything and I left without abt questions. It has only been 1 month with Auto & General and I encountered an accident, bcs I am under 6 months with them I have an additional excess to pay, I did explain to them that I do not have the amount and kindly requestes that they pay their portion to me in cash and I will look for a panel beater that I can afford, they did not hesitate and approved that. I am so grateful to Auto, they really showed me the truth when I was only with them for a month.
