I spoke to a lady by the name Taonga Phiri wow how professional and dedicated she is. My intention was to cancel the car insurance but after a 50 minutes call of her elaborating everything and making me understand fully, and her patience it was top notch. She answered well all the questions I was asking, she is the best @ her work,we need more people like her. I really appreciate her assistant, in that said, I’m no longer cancelling the insurance.
