I spoke to a gentleman at the Retention Department

I spoke to a gentleman at the Retention Department. I was not impressed with letter for my increased car insurance. The guy was calm and collected, he listened to what I wanted to achieve, and was able to exceed my expectations. Well done for having employed such an impressive staff member.
