I sent documents to this company Auto & General after we agreed on an insurance deal, they never responded when I enquire if they received the documents and also when I want to know what else must I send

I sent documents to this company Auto & General after we agreed on an insurance deal, they never responded when I enquire if they received the documents and also when I want to know what else must I send. They wanted inspection report which was done by Glasfit through their app but they said it was not received. I sent it by email and no respond coming despite numerous requests. But premium is deducted.
