I received wonderful service from the agent named Nohlanhla Mathebula. I was feeling very down and lost after yesterday's incident of smash and grab but she gave me hope and was so understanding. A lot of agents cab learn a lot from her great customer service. Thank you Nonhlanhla for going an extra mile in assisting me.
